Our artworks can be made from a variety of materials, including canvas, MDF, metal, wood, natural objects, polyresin, ceramics, fiber, and acrylic, to meet the needs of different projects. Custom materials are also available upon request.

Yes, we offer full customization services. You can specify the size, materials, colors, and other special requirements. We can also turn your ideas into reality based on your existing pictures, hand-drawn sketches, or design plans.

Unframed paintings are packed in shipping tubes and shipped by courier. Gallery paintings, 3D wall art, sculptures, and similar items are protected with foam and packed in cartons. Bulk orders are packed in sets of 2, 4, or 6 pieces in brown cartons and shipped by air or sea.

Yes, we offer samples to help you evaluate the quality and design. Sample fees may apply, but they are deductible from your bulk order upon confirmation. This ensures an informed purchase decision with minimal risk.

Yes, we can work with your designated forwarder to coordinate pickup and shipment, helping streamline logistics and potentially reduce shipping costs.

If the order amount is less than $3,000, full payment is required in advance. For orders over $3,000, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before delivery. We accept payment via T/T and PayPal.

Before mass production, we will make a trial sample for you to check. After the sample is approved, we will start mass production as per the sample quality standard. During the production process, our QC team will monitor the quality of the whole manufacturing process. At the last step, we will send you photo previews of the finished artwork before shipping.

You can contact us to explain the damage and quality problems, and show us photos and videos of them. If the issue is indeed with the products, we will provide corresponding compensation.
