Design Trade Program - Terms & Conditions

By applying to the ADS Enterprise Design Trade Program, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are a verified trade professional. ADS Enterprise reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion. Trade pricing is available exclusively to approved members and must not be shared or resold to third parties. ADS Enterprise may revoke membership in cases of misrepresentation or violation of program terms. Custom OEM/ODM orders require a signed agreement and deposit before production commences. All trade discounts apply to standard catalog pricing and are subject to availability. ADS Enterprise retains the right to modify program benefits and terms with 30 days notice.
